Join from a phone, not a clipboard
Players add themselves to open play from your club site, solo or with a partner, and pay at the desk. A printed QR code by the courts takes them straight to the queue.
A live board everyone can see
The public status board shows every court, who's on it, how long their game has left, and who's up next. Put it on a TV by the courts and the questions at the desk stop.
Groups of four, called up in order
The queue is first in, first out and grouped in fours, so players know who they'll play with next. When a court frees up, the next group is assigned and their phone and the board both say where to go.

The front desk can drag players from the queue onto an open court, or let Quick Start fill the courts automatically. Every open-play spot is tied to a payment, so the queue and the cash box agree.
