What we collect

The contact form on this site (/contact) collects the name, email, club name, and message you submit. That’s sent to us by email so we can reply — we don’t sell it, share it with third parties, or use it for advertising.

A hosted club site collects what it needs to run a club: member names, emails, and phone numbers; bookings and queue activity; and payment receipt images uploaded for verification. That data is used only to run the club’s booking, queue, and point-of-sale system, and is only visible to that club’s own admins and Stackr staff providing support.

The RallyPoint demo at /demo works the same way, so you can see the product actually function — demo data may be periodically reset.

Cookies & tracking

The marketing pages don’t set any cookies or use any third-party analytics. Hosted club sites and the RallyPoint demo set a single session cookie when you log in, used only to keep you signed in — nothing else.
